Making a cruise holiday booking with cruiseoffers is easy if you follow the steps on each page in the sequence they are presented to you.
Step 1 - Search
Please complete the cruise search with your required cruise itinerary details which includes destination, cruise line, cruise ship, departure dates of travel and/or duration. There is also the option to select
- All Cruises – displays all cruise results, including cruise only, cruise/fly packages and escorted cruises.
- Cruise Only – displays cruise only results
- Cruise Packages – displays only cruise & fly packages and escorted cruises.
Step 2 - Select
The next page will then provide you with a range of cruises and cruise fares to select. Choose the cruise and select “More Details”. The next page will show the selected cruise, pricing, an itinerary, cruise inclusions, cruise cabins and decks - and from there you need to select your cabin category and create a profile with your personal details and that's it!
Step 3- Book
You will be contacted by cruiseoffers confirming your cabin and we will request a deposit payment within 3 days to hold the booking.
Step 4
You will be contacted around 2-3 months before departure for the final payment.
BEFORE YOU DEPART
Below are two things you need to complete before you go.
- Guest information forms - these forms have your passport and personal details on them and need to be completed before your documents are released from the cruise line. Before you start this process, you'll need your cruise line booking number from your cruiseoffers consultant. Cruiseoffers will send you a link to the form, open the form using your web browser and complete the form. It's that easy! You will normally receive your documentation by express post two weeks before departure.
- Travel Insurance – One component of cruising that is extremely important is travel insurance. Cruiseoffers strongly recommends all passengers to have travel insurance cover for their cruise holidays. Travel insurance is not compulsory but it is essential. Travel insurance, don't leave home without it.
